Chemical Warehouse - Refund Policy

At Chemical Warehouse, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality chemical products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we have established the following refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • - To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • - The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • - The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and labels.
  • - The product must not have been used or installed.
  • - The product must not be a special order or custom item.
  • - The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • - Special order items, custom orders, or items that have been modified or altered in any way.
  • - Items that have been damaged or misused.
  • - Items that are not in their original condition, including packaging and labels.
  • - Items that have been installed or used.
  • - Items that are not purchased directly from Chemical Warehouse.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for a refund, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a new invoice for the exchanged item, and the customer is responsible for the cost of transport the item back to them.

Warranty Policy

Chemical Warehouse guarantees that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If a defect is found during this time, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Please contact our customer service department for warranty claims.
